Returns & Exchanges

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • To start a return, fill out a contact form with your order number.

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Exchanges

  • Want to swap for a different size or item? Email us and we’ll do our best to arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability).

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
