Returns & Exchanges
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
To start a return, fill out a contact form with your order number.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different size or item? Email us and we’ll do our best to arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
